NAME: Miles Ender

BIRTHDATE: November 4^th 2275

BIRTHPLACE: Arykkai Settlement, Olympus Mons Region, Mars

RANK: 2^nd Lieutenant

Miles Ender worked hard to get into officer candidate school, and while he was not top of his class, or anywhere near for that matter, he is still an efficient and cool headed officer.

Ender was immediately assigned to 1^st Platoon, Baker Company during the invasion of Hoyle Prime in 2297. While most other units saw minimal resistance, most of Ender’s platoon was hit hard, with the loss of an entire squad save Private Paskiwycz, who single-handedly destroyed numerous Dakota machine gun nests.

Ender himself led an assault on one lonesome machine gun nest with two squads, completely annihilating it.

Ender was promoted to 1^st Lieutenant upon returning from Hoyle and remained in command of 1^st Platoon, taking them back to Earth for further training assignments and shore leave after Hoyle. Over the following years they took on further border peace-keeping assignments.

In 2298 Ender’s platoon was ordered to charge a pirate land base, while this base was strategically unimportant, and later was discovered abandoned with only the automated defense-guns remaining online, Ender’s platoon was still ordered in.

Ender knowing all these facts flatly refused the order and the base was instead hammered into dust by the Air Force.

Ender was demoted back to 2^nd Lieutenant.

A years later Ender found himself and his men aboard the U.S.S. Hornblower (SDD-1073) being prepared for the invasion of Toyr’diablo, with his depleted numbers his platoon took on some replacements – namely Privates Devers, Keller and Anderson. Due to his heroism during the Hoyle invasion, Ender has put Paskiwycz in charge as their on-the-job trainer.

Ender has the utmost respect from his men who see him as a capable, compassionate and intelligent commander who knows the needs of his soldiers. Ender keeps cool under fire with his voice never even showing a hint of panic.
