Ship of the Week: U.S.S. Wiltshire
At the Battle of Van Gaal VI the Wiltshire provided close support to Sabre Squadron and came to the aid of Captain Webster at one point.
However soon after the Wiltshire fell victim to the newly discovered Dakota super-cannons, her forward hull was ripped off and the aft sections quickly disintegrated in the space of three seconds.
She was lost with all hands.
The turrets that the union ships have. Are they automaticly controlled by a computer?
or are they manually controlled by sailors?
Manually by a gunnery crew
Oh ok. Neat.
Looking Good!
Thanks Hazend, yeah the gunnery crews actually sit in the turrets like on old WW2 ships, and obviously have targeting computers and get their orders from the gunnery control section on the bridge.
